I never thought I would enjoy our staycation despite all the restrictions. Shangri-la staff made it more fun for us, to dining, swimming and activities for my kiddo. I would give 5 for excellent but hubby said its not because of the sanitizer at our lift level was never beem refilled. But overall, I will choose Shang again for another staycation.
