First time owning a bike, and Harley-Davidson has always been top of my list. I had been to different dealers in the city before, and was never greeted. When I entered Freedom, the look and feel of the store told me I was home. I was greeted right away, felt welcome, my stupid questions were answered where i didn't feel stupid. I knew where I wanted to spend my money. Great first experience this far, that's the reason for my rating. Happy to be part of the HD family.
