I placed 3 orders online for a withdrawal 2 days later around 12 noon.
Pick-up appointment taken, 3 confirmation SMS and the day and time of pick-up ... more than 45min of waiting to tell me that finally, my order is not ready and that no one can get it to me prepare (lunch break?).

Why 5 stars? Because finally, the Castorama staff offered to deliver my order to me ...
It was Bastien who brought me my order the next day (depending on our respective availability) free of charge.

Also, as a commercial gesture to apologize for this hiccup, the store offered me a 20 gift card.

It is true that at the time, I was very annoyed, but in the end, the store staff reacted very well and I find that very commercial.
