Last January one afternoon I had to go get my car to the municipal crane depot in Getxo and logically pay the corresponding 70 euros to withdraw it. The crane had removed it when I was parked in a disabled parking area with my blue parking card in place.

My ERROR was not knowing that my blue card had an expiration date and it had been for 2 weeks (its validity is 10 years).

The Getxo Municipal Police Agent 175 who wrote the sanction said PARKING THE VEHICLE ON RESERVED FOR DISABLED OBSTACULIZING (WITH CARD EXPIRED ON 6/1/2013 Infringement for which a sanction of 200 euros is proposed.

Resorted until the administrative route is exhausted, it is always dismissed by always saying OBSTACULIZING .

So far the facts, now, I accept a fine for administrative offense, not a fine for SERIOUS FAILURE as they say, and it seems a barbaric to take the car of a DISABLED unless you make sure that it is indeed a FRAUD.

I will have to pay the 300.00 euros that will mean me between crane, fine for serious fault and several certificates because I have no other, but it is a shame not to have money to spend it on these occasions.
