I have been using Derivation software for the past year and I must say it has been an average experience. The software is user-friendly and has all the basic features that I need for my business. However, there are some areas that can be improved. The customer support is not very responsive and sometimes it takes a while to get a solution to my problems. Overall, it's a decent software but I hope they make some improvements in the future.
