My experience with Serra Turismo was average. The tour was decent, but there were some issues with the accommodations and the guide's knowledge. However, the staff was responsive and addressed my concerns promptly. While it wasn't the best travel experience, I appreciate their efforts to make it right. I would consider giving them another chance in the future.
