Progress, inc. is an average company that provides decent services. I have been a customer for a few years now, and while they are not the best in the industry, they have always delivered satisfactory results. However, there have been a few instances where their communication could have been better, and the project delivery was delayed. Overall, I would say they are an alright company to work with.
