Terrible waiting time on their support desk. Was holding the line for 45 mins and then disconnected it. No response for email support. My loan was recently transferred to LoanCare and statement shows "prepayment penalty - YES". It should be NO as per my previous loan lender. Trying to get some answers from LoanCare. I cant believe how you guys are running business in this competitive world.
