I ordered some products from a company online, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items. The prices were reasonable, and the delivery was fast. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, they were not very helpful. Despite that, I am happy with my purchase.
