Bought new GLE 350 3 weeks ago. They didn t payoff trade in and gave me a new tag vs transferring I contacted sales person 3x, no response. I had to call sales manager, who was very helpful. Now tailgate power lift is broken. I waited in service for an hour for them to tell me they have no loaner cars. My less than a month old car is in the shop and I m typing this review from the back of an Uber. For the trifecta, their computers were down the day we bought the car and my husband had to go back to dealership the next day. So far. I ve been greatly inconvenienced. I gave it 2 stars because we are repeat customers and this is our first negative experience.

*update 3/1: I ve now left messages for the finance manager, to inquire about something regarding my trade in, and the manager who listed his information in response to my original post. No call back from either. It appears that once they sell you the car, no one calls you back. Before we bought it, we received almost immediate responses. On an up note, their service department is wonderful - which comes in handy considering my brand new Benz has had a broken tailgate and A/C in the 3 months I ve owned it. Bob Murath is my advisor and he really goes above and beyond. We ve bought 4 cars from MB of Tampa. Based on post sale treatment, apart from servicing, I don t think there will be a 5th.
