I am on the deed and primary borrower on the mortg...

I am on the deed and primary borrower on the mortgage for a home that is being sold due to a divorce/court agreement. Ex-wife has no desire to sell the house as I was forced to file a contempt of court motion to get the house listed.
Ex-wife hand-picked a KW agent for the sale of the house. House is the desirable brookhaven area was listed on 6/24/16 and as of today 2/28/17 not a single offer has been made. The non-sale has affecyed every single financial decision I can't make.

KW and the agent have:
- set artificially high sales prices
- no for sale sign for the first 100 days
- ignored emails from me
- broken promises like following up and price reductions

The optics reveal neither a desire or willingness by KW, the agent and my ex-wife to properly market and sell the house. They are acting in concert and I feel KW and the agent are not performing their fiduciary duty as a RE agent.
