I came here for the theater. I like the theater here just to far away from where I live. And if you don't know where to park you will do a lot of walking to get to the theater. The plus side is that it is in the mall shopping area The District to be exact. So i can be nosy when the movie is over. There are also lots of restaurants and Whole Foods Market across the street and Smiths Market down the street.
