We have visited this hotel since 2013 almost each ...

We have visited this hotel since 2013 almost each year for about one week in June or in September. For us it is a really wonderful place.

The people who work in the hotel are very welcoming and attentive. We can see how everyone is working really hard to make the guests feel good. Almost all of them have been there for many years and give you the feeling of being "at home". Every issue or wish of us has been addressed fast and extremely friendly. This is what we call fantastic service.

We really like the activities that the hotel offers.
We like swimming lanes in the main pool where mostly only few people as many rooms have private pools. In addition we use the kids pool that is very well thought out as it offers a very flat baby pool and a somewhat bigger toddler/kids pool with a roof providing for shadow. Our older daughter (4 years) visits since she was 2 years old the Mini Club and in the evening the Mini Disco where every year wonderful teachers with pedagogic background were working. Our daughter loved all of them. The beach is very calm and relaxing. Since 3 years they offer once or twice per day yoga sessions also with fantastic teachers which we enjoyed. My husband really likes to go kite- or windsurfing in Prasonisi reachable within about 10 min by car.
The internet connection works very well, so it is possible to work if necessary or just surf for pleasure.

The facility looks just beautiful. There are little flat houses spread over a hill. The rooms are very nice and clean. The whole place is very well designed. Even when it is fully booked, we have a lot of privacy and can use most facilities almost alone. It is very well maintained with wonderful flowers everywhere. It is in harmony with nature. There are little animals to see, e.g. one can observe nests with baby swallows fed by their parents or little lizards that are running on the grass. At the beach we could observe little crabs. Very nice to see, particularly with children. Not to forget, they have lots of elevators also nice for children the best one made of glass going to the lobby and main restaurant overseeing a wonderful swimming pool illuminated with thousands of lights like a starry sky, probably the most photographed place of the whole hotel.

There are multiple possibilities to eat. There is the main restaurant with a great terrace offering a beautiful view on the sea where breakfast and dinner are served. We like orange juice, fresh fruit and salad, custom made omelet and cappuccino for breakfast. For dinner there are multiple choices main restaurant with a large buffet or fish restaurant small and posh, a bit pricey but very good quality. In addition there are pool and beach restaurants where we eat often pizza or small snacks during the day. In the evening we sometimes go to neighboring villages to eat typical local food. We like the choice.
