I had a mixed experience with Blahertech. While their customer service was excellent and they were quick to respond to any issues I had, their product quality was average at best. I found several bugs in the software and had to report them multiple times before they were fixed. Additionally, the user interface was not intuitive and took some time to get used to. Overall, I would rate Blahertech as average.
