Very poor service of housekeeping staff and breakf...

Very poor service of housekeeping staff and breakfast lounge. In spite of having AC control in our room, it is controlled from outside by floor staff. In sheer temperature of 38 degree , whole night we were sweaty. The hotel really needs to hire more staff who is professional and understands that hotel industry thrives on one and only formula and that's customer service. Disappointed!
