The standard is higher than Hong Kong. I do not have a famous brand. In Hong Kong's Hong Kong Palace, I have two or three eyes.
But there isn't in Bangkok. The staff is very friendly and kind. The sliced duck has zero fat, and the green onion and cucumber section are the best.
Don't miss the appetizer of roast pork with Haizhe cucumber rolls. . .
I also like the soy sauce king prawns. It is 4,000 baht a night and it is good value for money. Shang Palace is my life in Thailand; the best Chinese food I have ever had.
