I recently used Nextchina study services and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did get a response, it felt very generic and impersonal. The information provided was helpful, but I expected a higher level of personalized attention considering the cost of the services. Overall, I would say Nextchina study is just an average company.
