Pretty good experience having my Tucson repaired. I didn t like that they don t have loaner cars which has always been the reason I take my car to a dealership instead of going to a local repair shop that I m sure would be less expensive. If this is because of COVID, doesn t it make more sense to simply sanitize the car between customers instead of making everyone either wait together in the building or in a cramped shuttle?
