I never give one star reviews, but this is well deserved. Last fall, my roommate and I moved into an apartment we rented through Bohemia Realty and the third day we found bed bugs. We were stuck in that horrible situation for almost three months before we could leave our lease. What pisses me off most is Terri, the broker, reassured me that the bed bugs had been taken care of. As someone unfamiliar with bed bugs and new to NYC, I took his word for it. He wasn't very helpful as we were going through the ordeal and in the end Bohemia did offer us credits but I couldn't use mine because I was planning on moving in with someone else who wanted to live in BK and my former roommate tried to use hers, but he failed to find her and her new roommate a place within a reasonable amount of time, two months. They would not give us our money back even though I feel like they played a big role in leading us to a crappy bed bug filled place. STAY AWAY.
