I am a 6 year resident at one of your communities ...

I am a 6 year resident at one of your communities in Jacksonville Florida, Westridge Apartments. This community at one time was a very nice and well kept place to live. I have watched in horror as the community has slowly turned in a jungle. While we have trash butlers the tenants in m building have trash and all types of others items running from their bins. I have contact the police dept 4 times regarding my neighbors loud music that shakes the walls of my apartment. He neighbor was given 7 days later the cure last years and has not done so. There is someone this level who is letting the dog go potty on the breezeway. This is been reported several times as well. At this point I am sure what I am suppose to do other than move out when my lease is up. I have left my contact information on Trip Moys voicemail if he is interested in speaking to me.
