Contacted them for assistance with interpreting my cousin's trust when the Public Administrator at the County of San Diego determined that the identified successor trustee cannot be located. After waiting 4 1/2 weeks and calling to follow-up on three separate occasions, I called again today; again received no definitive suggestions or a request to schedule an appointment to meet with them. Basically, waited 4 1/2 weeks for absolutely nothing. What a horrific way to run a business! Don't bother to call them; they won't ever get back to you! If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.
