Toms towing provides an average level of service. Their response time was decent and the prices for their services were reasonable. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff member who assisted me was not very friendly and seemed disinterested in helping me with my problem. Overall, I would say my experience with Toms towing was just okay.
