I have been a customer of State Bank for many years, and I must say that their service is average. While they are not exceptional, they are not terrible either. The staff is always friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes a long time to get assistance. I would recommend State Bank for basic banking needs, but if you require more advanced services, you may want to look elsewhere.
