I have been a customer of Retailsolutions ag for several years now and I must say their services are average. While they have some good features, there are definitely areas where they can improve. The user interface is quite outdated and not very intuitive to use. Additionally, their customer support can be slow to respond to queries. However, the pricing is reasonable and they do offer a wide range of products to choose from.
