I have been a customer of Ikopta for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do deliver on time, their customer support could be improved. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable. However, there have been a few instances where I had to contact them multiple times to resolve an issue. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
