We would never visit this hotel again, the hotel has 5 stars reportedly according to the paper at the reception, but the services can hardly reach 3 stars. We bought all inclusive, but we could only eat food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, during the day everything else had to pay extra, what the meaning of all inclusive they probably don't know. The food is terrible, the choice is not much and nothing is flavored. They still have to wait in lines, literally everything. Food bowls are still half empty, plates, bowls or cuts are nowhere to be seen. The cakes are not sliced, so they look like a terribly ripped spoon from customers. The staff is absolutely not up to date, even if the restaurant is half empty, we wait for almost a quarter of an hour to drink, the cleanliness of the tables is not much and some dishes are not even clean.
I would appreciate only the cleaning of the room, the maids are pleasant and smiling and do their job well.
On arrival we received a different room than we ordered and did not inform us about it. We waited for several hours for the purchased extra bed. Most people at the reception are reluctant, uncomfortable and very slow.
The pools are very small, not deep at all, more for children. For adults there is a beach and the sea, which is the best for the whole stay, just because it is not thanks to the hotel.
This hotel is one big disappointment and it is not a 5 star hotel at all. The quality is equal to a maximum of 2 to 3 stars.
We have the last two days here, so maybe we won't starve, the food gets worse and worse every day. I recommend for people with a diet, you will definitely not gain weight here!
