I've been taking my '09 Prius to a non-dealership mechanic for several years for all my scheduled maintenance; when it broke down last week and appeared to be a hybrid problem, I had it towed to savannah Toyota. While I was waiting for the tow, I called ST to tell them I was coming. Kevin was super helpful and said he would stay late (this was all happening at 6pm) to take the keys from the tow guy so they didn't get misplaced. A couple hours later, when Kevin couldn't (understandably) wait any longer, he texted me pictures of the key drop box and whatnot so nothing would be confusing for my already-frazzled self. The next day Robert called me by 10am to give me an update. When I went to pick it up the day after that, Robert had knocked the price down, just because. I can attest to that because just one of the repairs they made had been quoted by my "other mechanic" at almost the same price I paid ST to do several repairs. I was blown away by how friendly and straightforward every single guy in the service department was. Without a doubt will always come here for service now.
