I had an average experience with Vitalnotes, Inc. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and weren't very helpful in resolving my issue. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a great experience, but it wasn't terrible either.
