The national authority for tunnels (n.a.t) has been doing an average job in managing and maintaining the tunnels. While their services are satisfactory, there is definitely room for improvement. I believe better communication between the authority and the public is necessary, along with enhanced safety measures. Overall, the authority is doing an average job, but there is a scope for enhancement.
