The Resolution group inc is an average company to work with. I would say that their services are decent, but nothing remarkable. They have a good website (resogrp.com), which is easy to navigate. However, I wasn't overly impressed with their customer service. The response time was a bit slow, and the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating.
