If I could give this place zero stars, I would. And I don't say that lightly because I like to be understanding in these trying times. If we had seen reviews like mine prior to our visit, we would have saved ourself the disappointment.
We were very excited to get bagels to go on our last morning in Seaside. When we pulled up to the drive-thru there was a sign that said cash only because their internet was down. Ok. We left and went to the ATM to get cash. No big deal.
Then we came back and got in line. As we approached with our order ready we realized that the young man taking orders at the window was not wearing any PPE as he was talking to customer after customer. This made us hugely uncomfortable. We wore masks and kept the window mostly rolled up, and placed our order.
We then pulled into the parking lot to wait and watched this same unmasked employee and a colleague wearing a mask incorrectly bring food out to waiting cars. It took 45 minutes to get our order which ended up being wrong. Not just a little bit wrong, but every item we ordered was wrong in some way. Deeply disappointing.
Overpriced, poor customer service, Covid health hazard, they clearly don't care about their customers, oh and the bagels were mediocre at best.
Waste of money and time.
