I attended my first kickboxing class ever at John ...

I attended my first kickboxing class ever at John Wai this past week, and had no idea what to expect. Even as a novice in a class full of experienced kickboxing attendees I never felt lost! The instructors are great and make it their mission to make sure you're where you need to be with encouragement that never comes off as pushy. Every staff member I've encountered is attentive and bubbly. I highly recommend John Wai, looking forward to the rest of my classes!
