I've been using Itsonme for quite some time now and it's been an average experience. The process of purchasing and sending gift cards is straightforward, but I find the app interface a bit clunky. The selection of retailers is good, but it would be great to see more small businesses onboarded. Additionally, the customer support response times could be improved. Overall, Itsonme gets the job done, but there's room for improvement.
