I had an average experience with Draw. The website draw.art.br was easy to navigate and the overall design of the site was appealing. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had a question about one of their products, it took them a while to respond and the answer provided was not very helpful. I expected better communication from a company like Draw. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
