I have mixed feelings about Consumerhouse. While their website is convenient to use, I encountered some difficulties with their customer service. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries and the answers provided did not fully address my concerns. However, once I was able to speak with a supervisor, things improved significantly and my problem was eventually resolved. Overall, I would rate Consumerhouse as average.
