The overall experience with Southwest Displays & Events was satisfactory. The display they created for our event was visually appealing and met our requirements. However, there were a few minor issues during the installation process that could have been handled better. Nonetheless, the team was responsive and addressed our concerns in a timely manner. I would consider working with them again in the future.
