I recently used Ekant Solutions for a project and overall it was an average experience. The company's website was user-friendly and provided clear information about their services. However, I found it difficult to reach their customer support team as they were slow in responding to my queries. The pricing was competitive, but I felt that the quality of their work was just average. The project was completed within the promised timeframe, but there were some minor errors that needed to be corrected. The team lacked attention to detail in a few areas, which was disappointing. Despite the drawbacks, I appreciate the effort Ekant Solutions put into the project and their professionalism throughout the process. Although they have room for improvement, I am willing to give them another chance in the future.
