My boyfriend wanted a Toyota Tacoma and has been "...

My boyfriend wanted a Toyota Tacoma and has been "selling" the idea to me for a few weeks. I told him to go drive one work some numbers and we would talk about it. I work Saturdays and couldn't go with him to test drive but he promised he wouldn't buy until I could be there since I've been in the car business and know the ins and outs. He went and test drove 3 Tacoma's worked some numbers and called me right away of course and wanted to sign right then and there. I told him we would go back to the dealership when I got off work and sign the papers. They didn't have the truck he wanted on site anyways but could have it in a few hours. We went back out there around 6:30, he introduced me to Willy his salesman who was polite, enthusiastic, and all around a genuine guy. He had the paper work ready for my boyfriend but they couldn't get the truck he wanted until the following week which bummed my boyfriend out. But to make up for it they worked him an even better deal than he originally agreed to. The manager Ferris greeted us with all smiles and told us he would let my boyfriend borrow a car until his truck arrived and would even have it delivered to us since we live about an hour away from the dealership which blew my mind! We waited for about 30 minutes and went into finance where we met Greg, he was so down to earth and as nice as he could be even though it was already after closing and he should have been on his way home by this time. After finance Willy was ready with a car for us to take home. It was such an amazing car buying experience. These guys really know how to make customers happy and treat you like you're a movie star through the whole process. I've been in the car business for a few years and I was blown away by all of them. They are true professionals! Thank you to Willy, Ferris and Greg for making this experience for my boyfriend and myself the best car buying experience we have ever had!
