I recently bought a car from here and would never do it again. I m an honest person and expect the same in return. I recently found out after going through all of my paperwork that things were not as I was told (my fault for not making sure everything we just agreed to was in fact what happened.. I won t make that mistake again) and of course the two people who made the deal with me no longer work there (it s been less than a month). They did tell me that I was charged twice for something and that they were willing to give that back but the rest is what it is. Jeff was very unprofessional, defensive, & argumentative. He didn t seem to care at all about their mistake. I asked to speak with someone who wasn t going to just argue with me in the middle of their showroom floor & to be put into an office (I didn't think other customers should hear how they were deceitful at that moment).. waited over an hour for their other manager to come speak with me. After speaking with Greg, they could not get the deal I signed & agreed to because the office it was in was closed so I had to go back to the office on Monday to view the documents (I got a lovely smirk from Jeff as he walked by). Even though the price I agreed to was there in that document but different on the final paperwork there is nothing they would do and just basically said you signed it - and they are absolutely correct, I did- in good faith. After all, why would any of the numbers change from the deal I just signed and agreed to? Where it went wrong was after I agreed to a final out the door price I happened to ask what my payments were going to be at that out the door price , they told me so I said ok. Because I said ok to that payment for that price and it actually was not that payment amount- they increased the sale in the final paperwork to make it that monthly payment. So not only was I lied to about how much my payment was going to be- they added on more money to make it that payment! I am beyond disappointed in the dishonesty, the waiting I had to do to try and get things fixed and make them right. Not to mention doing all of this each day with a 5 month old! Just beware the out the door price you see on your paper is not what it will be on the final paperwork and they will increase the deal. If you decide to buy a car from here just beware they will deceive you on the paperwork & lie or deceive you on the financing options. Make sure to read everything and every line.
