I had purchased a Mantis lamp from LightForm. It arrived quickly and well packed. Unfortunately it was missing two mounting pieces. I contacted customer service and worked with Jackson, who was incredibly helpful. He immediately contacted the U.S. company to ship the parts, . Unfortunately, the U.S. company ignored me. When I contacted Jackson again, he responded promptly and had the parts sent from France. They arrived within 7 days! AMAZING. I will absolutely recommend them and will be purchasing from them again.
