I had a pool installed by this company and, overall, I'm satisfied with the final result. The pool is well-built and meets my expectations. However, the customer service could have been better. There were times when it was difficult to get a hold of someone from Blue Haven Pools, and communication was not always smooth. Despite this, the pool itself is great and I'm happy with the overall outcome.
