I recently used a company in the finance industry to help with some financial planning. The website was easy to navigate and provided a lot of helpful resources and information. However, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. It was difficult to reach someone in a timely manner, and when I did, the responses were not as thorough as I would have liked. The overall experience was average, with some positive aspects and some areas that could use improvement. I hope to see better customer service in the future as it would greatly enhance the overall experience.
