I have been a customer of Timegate for several years now and I must say their service has always been average. They do a decent job but nothing remarkable. The website is easy to navigate and the checkout process is smooth. However, I feel that their products are slightly overpriced for the quality they offer. Overall, I would consider them a reliable company but there is room for improvement.
