I recently used a service from this company, hoping to resolve some chargeback issues for my business. The website was user-friendly and provided some helpful resources. However, I found the customer support to be a bit lacking. It took a while to get a response, and even then, the information provided was not very comprehensive. 🤔 Additionally, I wish there was more transparency about the fees and the timeline for resolving issues.
