BURGLARS!! THIEVES !!! They have the worse costume...

BURGLARS!! THIEVES !!! They have the worse costumer service, and these people are thieves !!!! I ordered room services on my first night (the food is terrible by the way) and I know I should had done a little bit more research before I paid with my card because they charge at their own convenient exchange rate, but come on !! you can at least give ur guess as a courtesy and a warning that paying directly with ur card is the worse mistake. Long story short they charged me $ 2800 for a plate of salmon and a burger !! but the most annoying, and disappointing part is that I tried getting someone to help me get my money back, and obviously after a few days no one ever got back to me, or tried to help me resolve the problem, and they stole my money .
