I had an average experience with Thomas Langton Consulting. The customer service was satisfactory, but the overall outcome of their services was not as impressive as I had hoped. There were a few communication issues along the way, which delayed the process. However, they were able to assist me in solving my problem, albeit with some minor inconveniences. I appreciate their effort, but I believe there is room for improvement.
