My experience with Bright Sites Consulting has been quite average. While they were able to deliver the desired outcomes, I felt that there were some missed opportunities for innovation and creativity. They followed the instructions diligently, but I was hoping for some new ideas or suggestions that could take my project to the next level. The communication was good, but at times, I had to provide explicit instructions and provide clarifications. Overall, an average experience that could benefit from more innovative thinking.
