We had narrowed our new car preferences down to the Jeep Gladiator - we looked at Jasper Jeep, Don Jackson, and you folks. My daughter had purchased two cars from you over the past 5-7 years - and her experiences both times were great. I was worried that we had missed the "Friends and Family" pricing - which made buying the Gladiator possible - but, we received a follow-up phone call from Royce suggesting we might be able to still take advantage of the special pricing. When we got to the dealership, Royce was tied up with another potential buyer - so Stephen Martin stepped in - made us feel very comfortable - helped us search thru he various models - and helped to make the pricing negotiations smooth and reasonable. Same can be said for James (Finance Person). Our experience from previous experiences once we get to this point in the process has almost ruined some car buys. And, the car was ready when promised. Good experience.
