They sent a rug that doesn't match the colours in ...

They sent a rug that doesn't match the colours in real life like the ones in what they have advertised, and I have to pay for the return which is half price of the rug.
They mentioned that I quote "Although we overtly endeavour to have the website photographs as true to the colouring of the rugs in real life" and the reason for this is "that contrast settings on laptops, phones and other devices can manipulate the colourings from device to device and in turn in real life, as an online company this is regrettably something we cannot combat against.". Well guys I looked at the photo you advertised the product on probably 10-12 different devices (phones, computer, laptop, tablets etc) and has nothing to do with reality.
I took a real photo of the rug with its actual contrasts and has reflected the reality on all other devices. Too much marketing in the photo that doesn't reflect reality.
