It s good that in Kiev there is an official Jo Malone store.
But the maintenance is clearly a problem. A year ago, there were other consultants who talked about perfume and helped to select it.
And now, they came, the consultant couldn t really help, she came only when she was called (there was nobody in the store except us). We could see that we needed help with choosing a smell. But, talking with fellow consultants was apparently more important. As a result, as soon as the 40+ man came in, we were sharply left without attention, and all three consultants switched to him. Very strange attitude towards customers.
